Questions regarding drawing set should be a dressed in writing to Todd Thackery at tthackery@shp.com No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Stanton Elementary School, 14890 State Route 213, Hammondsville, OH 43930. and Jonathan Gregg Elementary School, 212 Co Hwy 75A, Bergholz, OH 43908. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. Owner may provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates. Bidders may visit the site and view the exterior of the building from the general public's perspective, only.
