Site work for a road / highway in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
SEALED BIDS will be received for the performance of all labor and the furnishing of all materials, tools, machinery and appliances necessary for the construction of the Traffic Signal Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Contract Documents. The project consists of reconstruction of traffic signal installations at East South Boundary Street/ Hickory Street intersection and East Front Street/Elm Street intersection. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wood County, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614-644-2239). Bidders shall submit with their Bid the Affidavit required under Ohio Revised Code Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Wood County, Ohio. (Contract Page AC-1) Bids received after the scheduled Bid opening date and time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Check, will neither be read nor considered. The City of Perrysburg reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the most favorable to the City. The City also reserves the right to add or subtract from the quantities shown in the proposal. No bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids.
