As of April 26, 2022, this project has been awarded to FoamWork Solutions, awarded amount is $28. As part of the 2021 Sidewalk Program approximately 35,000 sf of sidewalk was lifted (1,782 slabs) and 8,700 lf of sidewalk was ground down (436 slabs). For the furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the following: 2022 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
