Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, and material for the installation of fuel oil unloading containment system with drain piping per LES Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) The LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. All questions must be submitted through this bid portal to LES Procurement Department CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/16/2022 4:00 PM
