Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Paxton Township, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.
As of August 17, 2021, the award has not been made. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. 1. Site work including erosion control, site grading, bituminous street installation, concrete flatwork, concrete curb. 2. Utilities including storm sewer installation, septic system, and well provisions. 3. Buildings including cast concrete foundations, masonry and stone veneer cavity walls, wood framed roofs, metal buildings, masonry site monuments. 4. Site work vertical elements including Columbaria, entrance monument and gates,flag assembly area. 5. Landscaping and irrigation. US Highway 71 and Noble Ave., Redwood Falls, MN 56283 This project has a 7% TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal. Project consists of the construction of a State Veterans Cemetery, including but not limited to furnishing and installing: a new administration building, a new maintenance facility, potable and irrigation wells, septic systems, grading, new bituminous roadways, preplaced concrete burial crypts, new irrigation system and controls, flower watering stations, burial control monuments, bronze plaque and granite monument, signage, new chain link fence, landscape tree plantings, turf and native grass seeding, and all associated work.
