Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work includes design of a new asphalt parking lot and asphalt road connecting F. Edward Hebert Boulevard to the new and existing parking lots. The new asphalt parking lot shall include approximately 40 parking stalls, parking lot lighting, and subsurface drainage to provide additional parking for Belle Chasse Primary and for future improvements. Louisiana Contractor's License for this project must be in the following category: Highway, Street & Bridge Construction. The deposit on the first set of documents furnished to bonafide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. In accordance with L.R.S. 38:2212.B.(1), the provisions and requirements stated in the bidding documents shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived.
