A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Interior and exterior repair, rehabilitation, structural steel replacement, cleaning, and painting of the 1.25 million gallon Indian Hill North Water Tank Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 30, Sections 39M, inclusive as amended The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the City's best interest. The Work of this Contract generally consists of the Cleaning, Painting and Rehabilitation of the interior and exterior of the 1.25 Million Gallon welded steel Indian Hill North Water Storage Tank. The tank is 90 feet in diameter and 26.5 feet in height. B. The Work of this Contract includes the repair of the listed miscellaneous rehabilitation items as detailed in the specification. The purpose of this Section is to define the method of measurement and payment for each of the unit prices or lump sums listed in the Bid Proposal. If no bid item appears in the Bid Proposal for any of the following described items, no work of that description is anticipated on the project. 1. The CONTRACTOR shall thoroughly review the work required for each payment item.
