Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 168,534-square-foot, four-story above grade, 300-bed detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
As of April 26, 2022, an architect has been selected and this project is in the final planning phase. It is anticipated bidding and will commence in May or June 2022, with construction starting in July 2022. As of August 11, 2022, a construction manager has been confirmed and bid packages are released.
