Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Metro Parks will not be responsible for any plans and specifications obtained from any other source. Questions will be received by email by Brian Jacoby (listed above) or Brian Tornes of B&N at brian.tornes@burgessniple.com until June 29, 2021. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of (i) a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District as obligee for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, Metro Parks reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waive irregularities in any proposal, and the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof.
