Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 512-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Bid Request is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit Bids to demolish the existing washroom facility located at 36 Forest Park Drive in Townsend, Ontario. Once the existing structure has been completely removed a new facility will be constructed to include two (2) unisex washroom, one (1) universal washroom, two (2) storage rooms and a utility room. This includes all associated utilities and building access.
