Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Townsend, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by Haldimand County to prospective Bidders to submit bids to completely remove the existing asphalt shingle roof and install a Metal Roof Replacement at the Townsend Lions Building/Pavilion, 58 Forest Park Drive, Townsend, Ontario. The Roof Replacement will include all Sloped Roof Decks specified for complete removal and replacement construction. Approximate square footage equates to 7,750 square feet. In addition this scope of work is to obtain a cost to provide replacement of the wood substrate as required.
