From general contractors for the Island Street Public Infrastructure Improvements on Island Street located near 20-30 Island Street The scope of work includes the following items: Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, Cement Concrete Sidewalk, Granite Curbing, Drainage, Landscaping, Lighting, Traffc Signage, Pavement Markings, and other related work. A bid bond in the form of a certifed or cashier's check payable to the City of Lawrence of no less than 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 and M.G.L. c. 149, Sec. 26-27, as well as to federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
