**Per addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 06/23/23 to 06/30/23** Work under this contract requires a contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the HVAC upgrades and air conditioning installation including associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. 5% Bid Deposit Construction Start Date June 2024 Substantial Completion August 2024 Any concerning this IFB must ONLY be submitted in writing 72 hours before 4:00 PM. on the filed sub-bid due date included in the timeline table in Section 1 of this division. The bidder awarded the contract is required to submit within (5) five days both a Performance & Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contact value; drawn on a responsible bank or trust company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and made payable to the City of Lawrence. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any and all bids received in response to this IFB. The City also reserves the right to waive what it may consider minor informalities with bids submitted.
