Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Sanatoga, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.
For Electrical Construction at proposed Municipal Complex located at N. Pleasantview Rd and E. High Street. Successful bidder will be selected by Owner at a later date. Questions will be accepted until 10:00AM, prevailing time, on July 1, 2021; questions will be accepted through electronically, only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through electronically and will not be accepted in any other manner The apparent low bidder and the next two lowest bidders must submit, to the Architect, originals of the Bidding Documents within two (2) business days from the date of the bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
