Site work and paving for a civil project in Sanatoga, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of August 10, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor has not been made public at this time. The work includes: installation of approximately 870 LF of eight (8) inch SDR-26 PVC gravity sanitary sewer main with full-depth stone backfill, installation of seven (7) precast concrete sanitary sewer manholes, including frames and covers, connection of up to fourteen (14) existing sanitary sewer laterals to the new gravity sanitary sewer main, reconnection of the existing 10-inch gravity sanitary sewer main at the new junction sanitary sewer manhole, abandonment of the existing gravity sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer manholes in-place, and installation of temporary and permanent trench restoration paving. All work is located in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as provided for in the bid documents. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/24/2022 2:00 PM
