A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor and apparatus necessary to repair spillway and plunge pool gabion baskets and associated work. Each Proposal must complete, and the right is reserved to reject any and all Proposals and to accept Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the TYRONE The submitted bid shall be clearly marked "Sink Run Reservoir No. 2 Improvements." With respect to the contracts, the TYRONE BOROUGH shall award the contract to lowest responsible bidder or shall reject all bids within sixty (60) days following the opening and no bidder may withdraw his bid before the expiration of such sixty (60) period; provided, however, that if the award of contracts is delayed by required of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant, the shall reject all bids or award the contracts within one hundred twenty (120) days of date of the bid opening and no bidder may withdraw his bid before the expiration such one hundred twenty (120) day period.
