The Project includes the following Work for the Base Bid and Alternate: The Base Bid includes completion of nine (9) open cut full length replacements of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, totaling approximately 2,300 feet; fifty-five (55) open cut spot repairs of predominantly 8-inch sanitary sewer main, totaling approximately 1,400 feet; associated lateral reconnections; cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 8,500 feet of predominantly 8-inch sanitary sewer main, and associated grouting and lateral reinstatements; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. The Alternate includes the additional completion of one (1) open cut full length replacement of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, totaling approximately 350 feet; eighteen (18) open cut spot repairs of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, totaling approximately 300 feet; associated lateral reconnections; cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 1,500 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, and associated grouting and lateral reinstatements; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents.
