Orr & Son Inc. - $1,909,270 Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 HVAC Construction 2.Mechanical Construction Contract - Myco Mechanical - $847,000 This is re-bid of HVAC construction only. The district will be awarding GC and EC construction bids previously received. 3.Electrical Construction Contract - Bob Biter Electrical Enterprises - $1,026,800 This is no pre-bid meeting. For a tour of the facility, please make arrangements with the district as indicated in Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Tyrone Area School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
