Contractors LICENSE: In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has determined that Contractor shall possess any and all contractors licenses, in form and class as required by any and all applicable laws with respect to any and all of the work to be performed under this contract including, but not limited to, a Class "A" License (General Engineering Contractor) or Class B License (General Building Contractor) in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's License Law (California Business and Professions Code, Section 7000 et. seq.). Prevailing WAGES: In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770, et seq., of the Labor Code, the Director of the Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the general prevailing rate of wages applicable to the work to be done.
