Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves pool building envelope alterations to the north and west portions of the pool building, as well as partial roof replacement of the south facing sloped pool roof and replacement of the north facing sloped pool metal roof. Refer to drawings and specification section 01011 for detailed scope of work. Pool shut down timeframe for pool roofing schedule: The following pool shutdown dates have been coordinated with Building Operation Staff during which all Work impacting the pool must be completed within the timeframes below (including all the Work on the roof): September 7, 2021 to October 04, 2021 Exterior work for building envelope: The time frame from October 04 to Oct 29, 2021 Contractors are advised that the building, except the areas affected by the Work, will remain open to the public during the course of the project for normal building operations. Contractor shall exercise all required precautions to minimize impacts to adjacent spaces. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the City prior to any work being performed. The contractor shall place all required hoarding and construction signs on all doors leading to the construction areas.
