Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work consists of safety improvements along Church Road between Wilde Lake Drive and Chapelwood Lane. The Work includes the construction of new curb ramps and median islands, milling and paving, placement of new pavement markings and bike lane signage, signal modifications, and installation of crosswalk signage and flashing beacons. No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this solicitation.
