Renovation of a municipal facility in Hudson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, Work is to upgrade the audio and video systems in our Town Hall to better support hybrid in-person/online public meetings. The meetings are facilitated with Zoom and the upgrade to the audio systems is needed to both amplify speakers in the Town Hall as well as integrate with the online Zoom meeting: Base Bid: 10 Rechargeable wireless microphones 1 Ten channel mixer for above microphones 1 Two Channel amplifier 4-6 Ceiling speakers 1 Lockable AV cabinet for stationary equipment 1 Lockable cabinet for the movable equipment (microphones, charger, etc.) All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids. Project Summary The Town of St Joseph desires to upgrade the audio and video systems in our Town Hall to better support hybrid in-person/online public meetings.
