**As of April 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Haas Sons, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,081,018.50.** Major items for the Work include the following approximate quantities: Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR): 11,700 SY HMA Pavement: 5,000 TONS Hydrants: 6 EA Watermain (6-inch DIP): 60 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter: 5,400 LF Concrete Sidewalk/Driveway: 13,000 SF Turf Establishment: 5,000 SY Direct inquiries to Erin McPhee Anderson, City Engineer, at 715-716-5729 or eanderson@hudsonwi.gov. BID SECURITY: A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Hudson shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Project.
