**As of July 24,2025, the project was awarded to Allied Blacktop Company, with an awarded amount of $239,426.95.** Major items for the Work include the following approximate quantities: Item Quantity Asphaltic Material Seal Coat 18,670 GALLON Seal Coat 54,540 SY Asphaltic Material Fog Seal 5,590 GALLON Storm Drain Inlet Protection 110 EACH Marking Removal - Arrow 29 EACH Marking Removal - Crosswalk or Stop Bar 1,821 SF Marking Line Paint 4-Inch 11,660 LF A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Hudson shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Project. It is anticipated that the bids will be considered by the Common Council at their meeting on June 16th, 2025.
