Bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the 2026 Alley Improvements Project for the City of Hudson. Major items of work include approximately: 1,500 SY of asphalt pavement removal, 200 CY of base aggregate, 260 CY of common excavation, 285 tons of HMA pavement, 115 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 500 SF of concrete sidewalk driveway, 280 SY of turf establishment, and other related construction items. All bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN. Only electronic bids will be accepted, no paper bids. Bidders must be registered planholders on QuestCDN. A certified check or proposal bond of at least 5 percent of the total bid amount, made payable to the City of Hudson, must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in the best interests of the project. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening. The three lowest bidders' deposits may be retained for up to 60 days after bid opening.
