St. Croix County, WI requests bids for the installation of a new sanitary system at Homestead Park, 550 Perch Lake Road, Hudson, WI 54016. Information on this project can be obtained by contacting Jason Kjeseth. Provide all materials, equipment/tools, and labor to install a new sanitary system for the new Homestead bathroom/shower facility according to the supplied design and state plumbing codes. The estimate must include any plumbing between the system and proposed building site. The installation of the system should avoid peak park usage on or near holidays and weekends. Erosion control measures shall be taken throughout construction of the sanitary system. The installer will be responsible for obtaining a sanitary permit from the County, but there will be no cost for the permit. Deadline for questions: June 16 th , 2026
