Sealed bids are requested for the Town of Troy 2026 St. Annes Parkway Rehabilitation project. The work consists generally of the following approximate quantities and items: Asphalt Pavement Pulverizing (14,800 S.Y.), Excavation (Asphaltic Curb Removal) (1,650 C.Y.), Crushed Aggregate Base (1,000 C.Y.), HMA Pavement (16,100 S.Y.), Driveway Patching (850 S.Y.), Concrete Curb and Gutter, 24" Mountable (11,100 L.F.), Adjust Existing Storm Casting (19 EA.), Traffic and Erosion Control (1 L.S.), and Topsoil, Turf, Grasses Restoration (6,200 S.Y.). Proposals must be submitted on forms provided with the specifications and must be accompanied by a bid bond from a company authorized in Wisconsin, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. If submitting electronically, the original bid bond must be delivered within 72 hours of bid opening. Bids may be submitted either electronically via QuestCDN vBid online bidding service, or as a sealed paper copy. Project documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN and doing so adds the company to the Plan Holder List and provides access to the online bidding platform. All project notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be provided exclusively through the designated website. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The Town of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
