Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hudson, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

SCOPE OF WORK The scope shall include all phases of preliminary and final design to meet the Carbon Reduction Program requirements, which will follow the State's Non-Traditional Transportation Project Implementation process. The City reserves the right to add or remove tasks during negotiations with the successful proposer to meet cost restraints or desired outcomes.
