Renovation of a municipal facility in Sheridan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of Sheridan is requesting proposals for re-roofing of the Village Hall commonly known as 115 to 185 N. Robinson Street, Sheridan, IL. The proposal shall include a tear off of the existing roof and installation of tapered rigid insulation system with a minimum of 1/8th inch slope and installation of new flashing gutters as required. More than one option may be submitted as separate proposals by the same offerer. The re-roofing proposal and construction will be considered a public work project and bidder shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract in compliance with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Bidders must be qualified under the Village's Responsible Bidder Resolution. Proposals will be considered by the Village Board meeting May 9, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. The Village of Sheridan reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
