Demolish the existing cracked roof concrete
Locally patch spalled concrete, grout and epoxy inject cracked concrete.
Locally demolish areas of loosed cracked concrete.
Locally demolish and rebuild areas of cracked cement plaster at soffits, 300SF total
Locally grout existing crack to 1/8 width existing concrete
Grout crack and provide Edison Coatings Elasto-fill 354 crack filler (Kinfe Applied)
Provide injection hole per manufactures specification to match
Repair Concrete W/Sikatop 123 plus (Hand Applied). SIKA procedure to be strictly followed.
Locally demo concrete behind exposed reinforcement to provide bonding on all sides. Reinforcement to be cleaned prepared for SIKA Procedure.
Saw-cut at edge of repair to min repair depth of 1". Saw-cut to be perpendicular to face of existing concrete. Area of saw-cut and repair to be rectangular in plan/elevation.
Price must include city sign permit if needed.
Leave area clean and orderly.
Contractor to secure necessary permits.
Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics before placing bid.
Material and instillation must comply with CPS standards and specifications.
If building or CPS properties are damage during construction, contractor to replace and or repair as necessary.
All questions/request must be received two business day prior to bid closing.
All work shall be coordinated with the board authorize representative to complete in a greed upon time frame.
Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris.
All trash must be removed off-sight by vendor.
Note: All work to be done on straight time. If bid price is over $10,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement.
