The selected firm/individual shall be knowledgeable in all areas of municipal storm drain design and floodplain re-delineations. Extensive knowledge of urban storm drain hydraulic analysis and design, as well as procedures for re-delineation of FEMA floodplains is required. The City of Litchfield Park may award a Professional Services Contract to a single firm/individual for this project. Qualifications shall be submitted in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
