As of October 27, 2022, an engineer has been selected for the project. A construction manager is expected to be contracted in November of 2022. Construction is estimated to take place in December of 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Litchfield Park is seeking qualified firms/individuals to be considered for engineering services to be provided to the City for design of the Phase 4 and 5 Downtown Storm Drain and Floodplain Re-Delineation Project. The selected firm/individual shall be knowledgeable in all areas of municipal storm drain design and floodplain re-delineations. Extensive knowledge of urban storm drain hydraulic analysis and design, as well as procedures for re-delineation of FEMA floodplains is required. The City of Litchfield Park may award a Professional Services Contract to a single firm/individual for this project. Qualifications shall be submitted in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
