Complete demolition of the current observation C spaces, including ventilation. Development of an open area of 12 stretchers with services and medical gases, a guardhouse for 9 computerized work areas, a storage room. Supply and installation of ventilation equipment on the roof and complete repair of the roof. Access control, computer cabling and guard call according to the establishment's designated suppliers. In an amount equivalent to a percentage of the tender price and in the form determined below: A tender bond issued by a surety1 and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender , valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. The TENDERER or any Person having an interest within the meaning of the Act may file a complaint with the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est in relation to this Call for Tenders. The conditions for opening a complaint as well as the procedure to follow to file a complaint can be found in the Complaint Management Procedure of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est at the site. All bidders, contractors and sub-contractors will be considered to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The Project Manager does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
