The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The selected Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work no later than TWENTY-FIVE (25) WORKING DAYS after the date of commencement established in City's initial Notice to Proceed ("Contract Time"). Contract time shall be stopped on Saturday December 19, 2022 and commence after Tuesday, January 4,2022. No site work shall be performed between December 20, 2021 and January 3, 2022 at any location due to citywide construction moratorium. There is no working day on the City's Holiday such as Labor's, Veteran's, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas. he La Pintoresca Library will be closed for the course of construction from October 18 thru November 22, 2021. It is imperative that the awarded contractor shall mobilize and demobilize between October 18 and November 22, 2021, respectively. The La PintorescaLibrary will be re-opened for City staff starting November 23, 2021.
