Site work for a mixed-use development in Elk River, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
As December 17 2021 there is an awarded bidder. Work includes construction of a new septic system, trench drain field, service connections, restoration, and all associated items necessary for a complete system. No bid will be considered unless it is securely sealed in an envelope and filed with the City prior to the time noted above for the closing bids. Proposals arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. All bids must be presented on the standard bid form attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents as prepared by SRF Consulting Group, Inc., and shall be addressed to: Mr. Michael Hecker Parks and Recreation Director City of Elk River 13065 Orono Parkway Elk River, MN 55330 and endorsed BID FOR YOUTH ATHLETIC COMPLEX SEPTIC SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond and made payable to the City of Elk River, in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid The City of Elk River reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the City of Elk River.
