Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials necessary for cleaning, videoing, and lining sanitary sewers using the Cured-In-Place Pipe method and manhole rehabilitation. Cured-In-Place Pipe is predominantly 8-inches and 10-inches in diameter, with a magnitude estimated to be up to 20,510 feet. Manhole rehabilitation is predominantly Level C lining with an estimated quantity up to 360 VF. The work will be awarded in 1 Contract. The Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Contract Agreement, Drawings, Specifications and forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond. Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid.
