Site work for a water / sewer project in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Site Work and Installation of 16 mooring buoy devices within the City of Fernandina Beach Marina's Existing Mooring Field on the Amelia River as indicated on the Plans and Technical Specifications prepared by Applied Technology Management. Any questions regarding the City's Bid requirements or process can be directed in writing to Wanda Weaks, Purchasing Agent at wweaks@fbfl.org. Specification questions during the bid period shall be submitted in writing to City Engineer, Charles George, cgeorge@fbfl.org with a copy to Purchasing Agent, Wanda Weaks, wweaks@fbfl.org. Deadline for submission of written questions July 16, 2021 - 5:00PM(EST) Successful Bidder is required to have a Business License in the city where their home office is located. If Bidder's business office is located in the City of Fernandina Beach a business tax license is required. The Owner has established a contract performance time of 100 calendar days from the date of Notice-toProceed. All work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. This project is subject to liquidated damages to be specified in the contract. The City reserves the right, based upon its deliberations and in its opinion, to accept or reject any or all proposals. The City also reserves the right to waive minor irregularities or variations to the specifications and in the bidding process.
