Site work for a civil project in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Question Deadline 04/08/2024 Questions regarding the ITB requirements or process can be directed in writing to Wanda Weaks, Purchasing Agent at wweaks@fbfl.org. Site work and installation of a (1) 10" diameter and (1) 12" diameter carbon steel casing pipes to be installed on North Front Street below an existing railroad track along with HDPE carrier conduits at the locations and spacing specified on the Engineering Plans and Details by Gillette & Associates, dated February 2, 2024. Contractor to provide all tools, materials, supervision, labor, and equipment for the work specified including coordination with First Coast Railroad regarding flagman and required insurance. Work will also consist of selective site demolition, earthwork, repairs/replacement of excavated site pavement/structures miscellaneous site clean-up. The deadline for questions is ten days before bid opening.
