Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies. The Régie's contract management policy is an integral part of all tender documents with which tenderers must comply. Bidders are invited to read it and complete the Bidder's Declaration to attach it to their bid. The Bidder may rely on the suggested identification template for the return envelope located in Annex A-2. The Intermunicipal Residual Materials Management Board of Brome-Missisquoi commissioned the firm gbi to answer the questions.
