Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project work for the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 19 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, includes the rehabilitation of a portion of the existing sanitary sewer collection system within the District. The rehabilitation methods consist of point repairs, pipe bursting, cured-in-place pipe, remove and replace, horizontal directional drill, manhole coating, and manhole cover replacement. Cleaning and television inspection of sanitary sewer pipes and manholes during pre-construction and post-construction is also included. The above-described work will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the opening of bids. Prospective bidders may obtain drawings, specifications and bidding documents at www.civcastusa.com without charge. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractor's obligations under the Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for controlling, containing, and duly removing all Constituents of Concern brought to the Site by Contractor, Subcontractors, Suppliers, or anyone else for whom Contractor is responsible, and for any associated costs; and for the costs of removing and remediating any Hazardous Environmental Condition created by the presence of any such Constituents of Concern. Contractor shall provide competent, suitably qualified personnel to survey and lay out the Work and perform construction as required by the Contract Documents. Contractor shall maintain good discipline and order at the Site.
