A timeline for award has not yet been established.** REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR MINOR RENOVATIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT RFP 2022-04 REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS PROPOSAL PACKAGE BY A PARTY OTHER THAN THE CITY OF PATERSON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. QUALIFIED PURCHASING AGENT The City of Paterson is requesting proposals for architectural services for design and Construction Administration for minor renovations for the Paterson Municipal Court, located at 111 Broadway, Paterson NJ 07514. In general the project includes renovations to all the office areas including but not limited to: new drop ceilings, lighting modifying HVAC ductwork, new paint, flooring, replacement of damaged/inoperable windows, reconfiguring the security door/ employee access area by the ticket window, evaluation of necessary changes to the HVAC system based on the changes being proposed, renovation to the bathrooms including paint and lighting, updating finishes and lighting in the main lobby, renovation to Courtroom 1 including a new masonry veneer on the front and rear walls, addition of security cameras, flooring, new drop ceiling, update of the finishes on the walls, benches, trim, etc. lighting and HVAC modifications as needed, renovation to Courtroom 2 including the addition of security cameras, new drop ceiling, update ofthe finishes on the walls, flooring, benches, trim, etc. lighting and HVAC modifications as needed. The City is seeking to retain an architect (Consultant) to prepare the plans and specifications, suitable for public bidding. Construction administration services are being sought as well. The Consultant shall prepare any necessary permit applications and supporting documents required to secure all the necessary permits and approvals. The Consultant shall also provide construction administration services as outlined below.
