Site work for a civil project in Brecksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: 93 LF of soldier pile retaining wall along the northern stream bank. Approximately 142 LF of rock stabilization along the southern stream bank; and Extension of approximately 30 LF of 30-inch and 42-inch diameter storm sewer, construction of a new storm sewer manhole, and headwall. Replacement of approximately 355 LF of 12-inch diameter water main. Refer to the Contract Documents and Specification Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work for additional information. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents. A site visit has not been scheduled for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 15% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE.
