Site work for a water / sewer project in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid shall provide for drainage pipe (749 LF HOPE, 55 LF DIP), yard inlet (9) and Type "A" inlet (3) installation, minor pavement repair, site grading and other associated work as set forth in the plans and specifications. Work will be performed in Veteran's Park, 100 Oaklyn Terrace. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 20, 2021, subject to the availability of funds in the 2021 Adopted Budget and 2021 Capital Plan. The completion of the project shall be thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 -1 et seq. The Contractor shall be responsible for, and furnish, all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation, including fuel, tools, power and water tests of the work, and all other items that are necessary to complete the project, except those materials, equipment, utilities or services, if any, herein specified to be furnished by the Owner. The omission of specific mention of this fact, therefore, from any part of the specifications, shall not be deemed a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to furnish all materials, equipment and labor to complete and test the project.
