Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:32-2, this project shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractor(s) for the following trade(s): hvacr (c032) electrical (c047) failure to list all of the required dpmc classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive. CCE: $113,859. Bid Documents may be examined by appointment only (BUT NOT OBTAINED) at the DPMC Plan Room by contacting Anthony Mangine at Anthony.Mangine@treas.nj.gov. The DPMC Plan Room is located at 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608. Bidders must be classified by the division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The state may reject any and all bids. All bonds are waived for this project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of J.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. And N.J.A.C. 17:27. Questions regarding the project are due Tuesday, February 13, 2024, no later than 12 PM
