Renovation of an educational facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Repairs to foundations and masonry facades, at three locations. The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The overall project involves the following: Facade and Foundation remediation: qualified general contractor to possess minimum 10 years' experience in; The preparation, monitoring and implementation of high strength epoxy injectants. The preparation, monitoring and implementation of helical and driven steel foundation fortification piers (RamJack or equivalent). The proper implementation of masonry expansion joints and seismic tie anchorage. The abatement and disposal of in situ asbestos elements. Contractor has access to the site beginning 7-15-21 and shall continue through 9-30-21. Access to the site will be limited to after school hours and weekends from 8-15-21 through 9- 30-21.
