Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 2,745 linear feet of 8 to 10-inch sewer main to be replaced and/or rehabilitated by pipe bursting, 3,587 linear feet of 8 to 15-inch sewer main to be installed by open cut, and associated point repairs and manhole installation, reconstruction, or rehabilitation For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Janie M. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of Bidder's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number. No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after July 26, 2021 2:00 PM (CDT). The bidder offers to construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents for the contract price, and to complete the Project within 380 calendar days after the start date as set forth in the Authorization to Proceed. The bidder understands and accepts the provisions of the contract Documents relating to liquidated damages of the project if not completed on time.
