The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals required to drill, construct, develop and test a pilot injection well, two triple-nested monitoring wells and a permanent injection well for the LVL AWTF. A bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price shall be furnished, guaranteeing the faithful performance of said Contract, and a bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price shall be furnished for the protection of all laborers and materialmen. WRD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received.
