Renovation of an office development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Construction Project- Replace the existing metal roof at the National Weather Service (NWS) Forecast Office and the Generator/Storage Building in Amarillo, Texas with a new baked enamel standing seam steel metal roof per attached Statement of Work. New work, no incumbent. 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE $25,000.00 - $100,000 BONDING WILL BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS UNDER $35K.
