Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wytheville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal of old and installation of new sidewalks/landings on the properties of the Public Housing Developments for the Wytheville Redevelopment and Housing Authority Interested Bidders must visit the site and satisfy themselves as to the requirements of the project. Bidder's attention is invited to the requirements of Title 54, Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia, pertaining to registrants and to Section 3 of the HUD Development act of 1968, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701u) (Section 3). This is a Davis Bacon project. Wytheville Redevelopment and Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and reserves the right to re-bid as required.
