No bids received, unsure if/when they will rebid Sealed bids are invited for the installation of a new waterline system for all apartment buildings at Hedgefield total of 110 units, 19 residential buildings and 1 office facility, for Public Housing Project VA21-1 of the Wytheville Redevelopment and Housing Authority.A Bid Bond and contract security will be required of all bidders regardless of amount. Wytheville Redevelopment and Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and reserves the right to re-bid as required. WRHA is an Equal Housing Opportunity housing provider. Minority owned businesses are encouraged to participate.The Authority office is the only point where contract information will be disseminated.
