The Department of Corrections (DOC) is requesting bids to provide janitorial services at the Probation and Parole District #16 - Wytheville Sub Office, hereinafter referred to as the Purchasing Agency, which is located at 974 East Stuart Drive, Suite H, Galax, VA 24333. Janitorial services shall be provided two (2) days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays to be scheduled after normal business hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office space consists of approximately 4,425 square feet including: five (5) bathrooms, one (1) staff break room, one (1) janitorial closet, one (1) drug lab/urine screen testing room, eight (8) offices, four (4) cubicles, one (1) conference room, one (1) correctional education room, one (1) lobby, three (3) interview rooms, one (1) mail/copy room, and one (1) electrical maintenance rooms.
